If I have a part that arrives DOA or that has failed in warranty, what should I do?

If a part arrives and is not functioning properly, contact our returns department right away. We will need to know the nature of the failed part, as well as the failures experienced with the part you are replacing. We will also need to know what issues you were having with the system before the part was purchased. If a part from A-Plus Medical fails within the warranty period, the same details required for DOA returns will need to be provided. Once return authorization is granted you have 5 business days to return it to our facility.
