What if the part I ordered is damaged in shipping?

Unfortunately, parts sometimes (infrequently) sustain shipping damage. A-Plus is not responsible for damage to parts sustained in shipping. That is why we recommend that you purchase insurance just in case a claim needs to be made through the carrier. The same applies to shipping damage that occurs during a return. If a warranty return, DOA, or Restock return arrives damaged it will be accepted as the exchange. If the part was purchased outright, and A-Plus is not owed an exchange - We will assist you with returning the part to you at the client's expense.
